I was checking out clearance items for SG and some of the ones I was interested in had this warning.  I guess it's like b&m stores "final sale" but since I don't know the condition of the item, I passed.  So what's the point of lower prices if you're stuck with the item regardless?  Plus it's still $3.50 s/h.  ?????

Re: "Not Eligible for Return"

Some stores do that. I noticed that with Fabletics. If you buy something on sale, you cannot return the item.

That's new on Q.  I would imagine it will infiltrate all products and product lines eventually.

I get this, certainly not worth time, trouble and money to return something they're pricing at $17, $18 bucks.

However as you noted, still charging (at least) $3.50 to get the stuff. If they're really trying to make a dent in emptying warehouses they should be sending this stuff out for FREE.

Re: "Not Eligible for Return"

I just wouldn't want to be bothered with  stuff that's been sitting around in a warehouse for years ... these are not end-of-season like in most stores.

Re: "Not Eligible for Return"

I saw this too and didn’t order because of it.  I had never seen this before.

The clearance price is not as good as HSN to start with. Then no free shipping if we are stuck with it.

Colors vary from what they show and only a defective item is returnable.

I will pass on any clearance here. Just not worth it.

WOW...never saw that before, I know that even "as is" items at QVC are STILL eligible for a return.....This must be something new.....and at the customer's folly....I would definitely PASS on any item with this condition...!!!!

Re: "Not Eligible for Return"

It appears that QVC is doing "Final Sale" for some merchandise. As long as I know it's a Final Sale (meaning no return for ANY reason), I'm fine with it BUT.....

EVERY place I've shopped at prices items in this category LOW and I mean LOW. There is rarely an item that does not have something wrong with it (hence the low price and it being a Final Sale). As others mentioned though, you're STILL paying for shipping on EACH item. You can't see what's wrong with it (or smell it) so you're kinda buying it blindly.

Mark it below 8 bucks, free shipping OR give you 1 price shipping for everything you order and it becomes worth my time.

Re: "Not Eligible for Return"

That's pretty risky to buy something you can't return.

They really should offer free shipping on those items.

Re: "Not Eligible for Return"

I understand a B&M store having such a policy, because customers are able to physically inspect the item before buying.  Not so with online sales!  It translates to me as a big "Stay Away!" sign.
