I am so happy to see the Bahamas getting so much support.  When I went shopping tonight, I saw many, many, many people with carts full of diapers, tolitries. canned food, water, gatorade, can openers and much more,  I mean full carts.  People from all walks of life.  The lady that checked me out said it has been going on all day.  Granted, I have no way of knowing if every single person was donating, but there was a lot of talking and note comparing.  It was nice to see many come together.

Very sweet.  I think more and more people realize we need to care for each other.  It's the one thing we can do to help contribute.  We come together for others.  Who knows when it might be you, me, or or someone we love that finds themselves in need.

Our online donation this evening was doubled.  Obviously, someone with deep pockets must have committed to match donations.  I don’t know what the deadline is for this matching is.  The charity is Americares, which has a very high rating.
