hard finding prices, colors, AND measurements of "items recently on air"

When I check "items recently on air" when I "click" on an item there is no video offered of the item OR price, colors, and sizeing for that item. Am I doing something wront, or is this the way it'll be from now on?! I quit ordering when I don't see this information,

I'm having no problem. Checked the recent SG "clearance." All the info is there.

When you click on the "item recently on air" and a smaller screen pops up ( without detailed info or video ) scroll ALL the way down that screen and click on ... More Info> ... then a full screen will pop up with added info.

@misspammie There is sometimes an incompatibility between QVC and some browsers, especially Safari at certain times. If you have a problem, try temporarily using a different browser

I'll try that!! It drives me nuts, especially when I'd like to purchase something. Susan Graver is one I purchase from mostly......I sure hope this works for me. I'm not technical at all......thanks a lot for giving me this info!!!

I tried it and tried and tried......saw no smaller screen.....tried lots of times and scrolled down to bottom each time.....I was grasping at straws, so to speak.....thanks again. It very well may be something I'm NOT doing. Thank you ever so much. Have a jolly Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!
