Noel, I called them and talked with a super nice gal. She explained they have my books in their warehouse and waiting for my tunic because they shipped it together. She wasn't sure why it said would ship in 8 days. She Loved my choice of tunic Woman Happy

Hi Renna, I am so glad you called.  I'm sorry I didn't think to tell you that they ship in groups, to save money, I suspect.

An ordering trick is, if you are ordering more than one thing, first put the one with the least expensive shipping in your basket.  That way, you won't have to pay any more shipping.

It's a different kind of shopping, you have to learn the idiosyncrasies and manipulate them to your best interests Smiley Happy  And always keep in mind: shipping will NOT be fast.

Today they have Cinco de Mayo items, a month ahead of the holiday.  For good reason, obviously, lol.  I ordered some of their Cinco de Mayo stuff, the same items, a month ago so I would be sure to get them on time.

I saw some coloring books in the Target dollar aisle the other day, and Costco also carries them.  Amazon carries them, also, a really large variety, if you are interested in getting a book soon.

Good luck with all of this Smiley Happy

Thanks for all the great information.  I'll check Costco and Target next time I go. I'll let you know when I receive my items.

Because of this thread and your post I was forced into looking at the Cinco de Mayo things. I found these cute wineglasses. I also like the confetti martini glasses. I may jump in again and try another purchase. I have no self control lol

@Say Nay

LOL!

Those are really cute glasses!

I got the tablecloth and the Pueblo placemats.  Something else I can't remember.  I have a few serving dishes and salad plate size I scored from Macys a long time ago.

I love, love, love doing tablescapes, especially for a holiday we can celebrate with special foods.

I like those confetti glasses, too Smiley Happy

Oh, yes!  I got the individual dip and chip bowls they have in Mexican themed.  DH loves them, we've used them several times.  I hate it when you have to stick your hands into you chip and dip and you take out your hand with goo all over your fingers.  Those bowls solve the problem!

I got some tchotke thing that arrived broken from shipping.  I called them and they refunded my money.  Another time I ordered one but received two of an item by accident and called them because at first it looked strange and thought it was broken, but they were just stuck together.  They let me keep the second one free!  I have been disappointed a couple of times for stuff that turned out to be junk, but all in all I've been pleased.  I don't think I'm liking the direction the Q is taking them though.
