We had a beautiful sunny morning then about noon clouds rolled in, the mountains disappeared and it rained pretty good.  Now the wind is howling causing my wind chimes to dance a jig.  All six of our ABC owned channels, including QVC, just got knocked off the air.  Maybe some snow tonight.  House is cold and drafty.

Wednesday is supposed to be similar but much more severe.

Our weather today was clear and sunny with a high in the mid 60s.  Beautiful. Tomorrow's high will be 75, partly cloudly. My plants must think Spring is here, because some of them are starting to sprout leaves.  Hope they're right.

@Kachina624  It was partly sunny this morning.  Then it turned cloudy.  We had thunder and lightning then a snow storm dropping about 2 inches.  More to come tomorrow and Wednesday.  The weather guys are telling us up to a foot more.  The three feet we got in January is still hanging around.   A foot or so of that has melted.

Today in Sparks, Nv it was 60 degrees but now the wind is blowing big time. I think tomorrow is supposed to be about 30.

We got a big snowstorm coming Tuesday night. Could be blizzard conditions they are saying. Six inches of snow with the wind blowing 50mph+ means drifts will be awful. I don't mind shoveling six inches but the drifts are gonna be a challenge. Might have to call out for some help.

I got Fedex packages coming on Wednesday. I'll bet they get delayed until Thursday or later.

@Kachina624 Well that's concerning because my DD will be flying in there tomorrow for 2 days.  She's concerned about flights getting delayed.  Unfortunate weather for a funeral.

@Scooby Doo    Tell DD to bring warm clothes as it will be very cold.  Probably windy with a fierce wind chill.

It sounds like we're all getting the effects of storms in California.

Here in SE MD, it was chilly today in the 50s but breezy.  Last night, it was pretty windy which puts me in such a deep sleep, as does a heavy rain.  Next three days, high 60s, close to 70 on Thursday. Highly unusual for this area, but I will take it.  Back to 40s and 50s for the weekend...come on hot, hazy, thick, sticky and humid weather so I can sit out in it 🥵☀️🔥

Southern WV had rain Saturday night and Sunday.  Today was partly sunny, with sun and a mild 50 for Valentines Day.  We cool down starting Wednesday night, but still stay above freezing thru the weekend; no significant precipitation.  

We have only seen 6 inches of snow this entire winter!  So not the norm for this area of the state.

We're supposed to hit the high 40's to low 50's all week except for Friday when it'll only get up to 30*.  It's another gloomy looking week too; cloudy, windy, strong chances of rain a couple of days. The only day we'll have sun will be on Friday.
