Yep.  It rains a lot instead of any snow.  Any snow storm that comes is just another rain here.  I predicted back in the beginning of January we would get no snow at all.  More rain tomorrow (I think)  I was out yesterday after work.  Too nice to stay indoors.  I should be complaining after growing up in L.A.  It's just after moving here that we would get 4 seasons.  And we usually do.  But winter here is 30" snowfall (2016 I think) or nothing.  This will be the nothing.
