@EatWell    ...What makes you assume that I haven't already started shopping elsewhere?  For the record, I have !  QVC's dependability has tanked, in so many ways.  All you have to do is go the the Customer Care forum and read the threads.  It's happening in every aspect of purchases with QVC.  And thank you for the concern for my health.  So far, I have no  issues - but rest assured, QVC won't be the one to give me a stroke, as you mentioned.

I ordered my anti ageing and didn't have any problem.  Maybe it's a warehouse in a different location, or an area in one of the warehouses.
