Everything I have ordered from the Q recently has been shipped and received promptly, considering all the additional precautions everyone has to take. There was a delay in receiving one item, but that wasn't the Q's fault; UPS decided to send my package on a tour of the entire Eastern Seaboard before it got to my local post office. QVC has no control over an order once it leaves their warehouse.
Why do people keep buying? Maybe because we like the merchandise and are satisfied with the service.

98% to 99% of my orders from QVC arrive on time or early. I usually receive an email or letter if an order cannot be fulfilled.

The only thing I have a problem with is people who complain all the time about it and then keep ordering.

Maybe it depends on where a person lives. I have no idea.
I've had very little problems over the years. Sometimes it gets here late.
There are people who must shop on places like QVC for various reasons.

I don't. I don't think I've ordered from them since 2010 or 2011.

Well, I guess I could be one of those people. I've only ordered a few things this year; one of those items I ordered on 5/24; estimated delivery date was 5/30. This did not ship until 6/6 and was delivered 6/10. I did complain about this.
