@Tinkrbl44- I immediately thought the same as you:  Susan Collins.  Not sure if she would be considered "not in the public eye" though.

Something about her face doesn't seem "right" though for Collins.  Her lips are too full?  IDK.

If tihs was at a hospital, maybe it's someone who'd be connected with healthcare.
