Going out with my camera every day and finding some new place to explore.  My favorite subject is wildlife and birds...Bald Eagles in particular.  Taken yesterday!

@wilma   I am a retired teacher and some of my favorite memories are from a summer program that another teacher and I started.  The first one was a a pre K program. The kids were shy at first, but by the end of 5 weeks, they were ready to go and confident to enter Kindergarten.  Another year we had a program for 5th graders.  We studied Egypt.  Kids loved it ...especially the history and the ancient art.  Another class studied aviation.  They built and designed their own airplanes.  Every summer we introduced something different. Just thinking back to those days always makes me happy.  Years later I have run into some of my students and they always remember the summer programs.

My happy time/place is walking into the milk refrigeration room at Costco and spending as much time as possible.

3. Walking with DH when it is fall

4. Seeing the first glimpse of autumn...a leaf turning, a pumpkin on a front porch

Just spending time with my family. I love it. We cook, eat, take naps and watch a movie or football. I really savor these moments.
