Honeycrisp and the latest one is KIKU. Pricey but worth it.

ETA: Aren't the Roma apples used for baking??? Rome Beauty???

Favorite apple? the one without a worm in it! Wink

Cortland for baking, Jonagold, Granny Smith and Honeycrisp for eating. Swee Tango is the hybrid of Honeycrisp and that is lovely too.

Out of the ones I've tried so far over the years... Gala. Perfect taste and crispness for me.

I'm always open to trying more kinds of apples, though. 8)

In this order...Honey Crisp, Red Delicious, and Granny Smith. This has not been a good Honey a Crisp year, however.
