I love Ambrosia, Honeycrisp and Sweetango. Pink Lady is another one I like, but sometimes they are a little too tart.

I like Golden Delicious, Pink Lady, and Honeycrisp, although I enjoy many other varieties. A year or two ago, I found variety called Jazz that I really enjoyed & had never heard of. Turns out it is a cross between a Royal Gala and Braeburn.
