I am so in love with Ambrosia........I tried this for the first time this week. I have never sen them before and they are somewhat sweet with a hint of honey taste.

Thank you SeaGal....I so love your nick. I am good today. Somewhat tired but that is usual lately. I am going to dinner with a friend and I said we could have sandwiches but I have decided I want steak.....I need the iron and the good taste. lol
