I go to my Monday evening, in person yoga class. Such a good way to start the week.  

I do yoga using apps or via YouTube on other days of the week.

I go outside and do yard work. In Winter I read positive books.

My post got deleted! I wish Melvin-QVC would tell me what was religious about my original post.

Last I checked, listening to 70s music, playing with my cats, calling my Momma or sisters was pretty secular.

I've been retreating to the sunroom, where there is no TV, and reading cozy mysteries. The book series I selected is called "Bookmobile Cat" so very little thinking is needed! Today I saw a doe and her fawn come out of the woods. There is a lot of green space so I take a daily walk in the park.

I assume that was an oversight @Catsrule , but as the one country song explained, even a deck of cards can be deemed religious!

It may have been a mistake. Or maybe yours was right under (or over) someones who was religious and he just deleted your by mistake.

Exercise, a long hot bath and looking at puppy videos. A nice long bath watching puppy videos-even better!

Also remembering how many times the Lord has been there for me in the past.
