I keep the TV on all the time as background.  I mainly turn on QVC or HSN to fill the space when there's nothing else on that I want in the background.  Like tonight, I used it to fill the time before Ghosts came on.  Last night, it filled the time between Chicago Med and Big Sky.  Also, DH & I like to check out the TSV at midnight, which is 11:00 pm for us.

@Icegoddess  how do you get your DH to watch? That guy really loves you.

Questions asked:

1) I do not watch QVC

2) I watch every show via DVR, on my time

3) Only TV I watch are on our DVR. That of course means I only watch WHAT I want/when I want/for how long I want.

I rarely watch QVC live anymore.  I'll always pop it on to see what they are offering, but I rarely become so interested in an item that I actually leave it on and watch it.

I record shows on my DVR and forward through them when I have time. I usually forward through entire programs because I'm not interested in anything.

Of course there are times when I stop and watch a presentation and even make a purchase. Those moments are becoming less and less.

I have always watched QVC because I loved watching live demos.  I thought they had great values on beauty sets (they still do!) and because I thought they offered things that I couldn't find elsewhere.  However, in recent years, I am realizing that I can find MOST of what they offer at cheaper prices with free shipping in other retail/online stores.  There isn't this huge need to constantly shop with QVC anymore (for me).

I check the online schedule and what's been aired.

I rarely watch. I can't tolerate the childish antics, chatter, and constant personal stories, while never getting to all the details about a product.

They show the same products - or variations of - over and over and over and over.

I don't blame the hosts for their behavior because they're doing what they're told to do. And can you imagine having to talk about some of the products aired? I'd probably go nutty and act up too.

Watch occassionally  if I am interested in a particular item , but prefer QVC2 with Reps.

I can't  watch many of the Hosts  as they add Nothing to the broadcast  in my opinion.

All that cackling , Hosts  talking abt themselves /family or the stupid slackstick dancing/singing  are not to my liking .

Used to tape shows but am finding the  " special pricing " on some items  I was interested in  is being limited to  the shows while being aired .

@Sage04

Not sure if it's the same ladder or not, but he had 2,000 of them in his show. and they sold out. I have been looking at it for awhile, and that was the lowest that I have ever seen the price, so I purchased.

A host fell ouch!! I missed that one.

I hardly every watch anymore...might catch a Laura Geller or Valerie Parr Hill or Denim & Co., but even that is rare for me. I do most of my looking online.

I don't watch other than an online presentation if someone here mentions something or if it's something I'm really interested in.

I used to have it on whenever I was home from work to keep me company. I got used to them and in a weird way it made me feel less lonely.  I totally shopped too much  unfortunately.
I miss the old hosts and there isn't much I want or need from them now.

Less and less. And only certain fashion brands.

I probably spend more time on QVC app than watching TV.
