Why do we watch QVC?

. . esp when we watch?   &

. . esp the amount we do, or don't watch?

MakeUps. Maidn

I rarely watch,  Right now watching Thursday Prime Football.   Some evenings, like Wednesday it's the Chicago serie.  Whatever catches my fancy

Never watch during the day.

I just pop in now and then for a minute or two. Never cooking or food selling shows.  If it's clothes or makeup I may spend a little more time.  Shoes, too.  I popped in last week on Anybody joggers and bought a pair.

I keep the TV on all the time as background.  I mainly turn on QVC or HSN to fill the space when there's nothing else on that I want in the background.  Like tonight, I used it to fill the time before Ghosts came on.  Last night, it filled the time between Chicago Med and Big Sky.  Also, DH & I like to check out the TSV at midnight, which is 11:00 pm for us.

I live alone and like some background noise that's not talk shows or soap operas.  Turn it down very low.

Both the Phillies and the Eagles are on TV tonight, both playing Houston, so I am online.

I just go back and forth to multiple websites for fun.  I watch only the QVC programs I REALLY like, such as jewelry and certain fashion shows, etc.

Of course, I am a shopper, so I truly watch to see what might interest me.

@FancyPhillyshopper    Goodness, you're having a busy evening.  I've lived in both Philly-area and Houston.  I'm torn.  I even went to West Chester University one summer.

I watch when Graver, Issac, Belle, D&C and CCB are on.  Some Joan Rivers if I had seen something in NEW I may be interested in (like her new velvets in today's NEW.)    I watch VPH for Christmas shows.  Not interested in beauty, cooking, electronics.  I will occasionly watch other clothing programs and I watch some jewelry shows which I love but have so much jewelry and don''t want to buy more at this point in my life.

I am not really a TV watcher so I check out the NEW items every day to see if there will be anything I am interested in coming up.  If I see a program in the Program Guide that sounds interesting I will watch it.  I would rather spend my time.

You've lived in some big cities @Kachina624. Was just curious, how did you like living in Houston?  I ask because a guy who I talked with recently has lived all over the US, including big cities on East Coast and LA. But he said the worst place he'd ever lived was Houston.
