How ridiculous. As if you would know.

Nope. Maybe that's what your nails look like when you do them yourself, but some of us buy good polish and have good eye/hand coordination. And take all of the necessary steps to get good results. Geesh!
Antonella Nester did her own manicures, you could not tell they weren't done professionally, she had videos of herself doing them. Its a pretty crappy way of judging somebodys wealth in my opinion. Anybody can learn to do a manicure.

@reiki604 Judgements have to be made about people to protect us and others from scammers, grifters, criminals, and thieves. Judgments that put some in jail, help us to avoid some people, etc.
I'm so tired of hearing you don't make jugments. Really? Of course you do. All of us do.

@Jaspertimes I agree, it should always come from a willing heart. However, the motives of those who take it are just a important. To take money they don't need would be a lie and it would also be stealing from those with the real needs. Personally, I want my money to go to those who are genuinely in need.

@chrystaltree Yes it's the old welfare queen driving a Cadillac and buying steaks myth. This has been around for years. And it has been debunked time and time again. But now it seems they are driving Ferraris and wearing furs.
Local charities that provide food and clothing to those in need cannot verify if the person is truly in need. They don't have the time or resources. They operate on the premise that if a person comes to them for food they are in need.
How does the OP know with such certainty that the people in the food line own the expensive cars? Did she ask them? Did the TV reporter ask if they owned the cars? There are an awful lot of assumptions being made about people who received a Thanksgiving dinner.
