Not taking calls.....forever deliveries.....HSN Florida puts you to shame. Faster delivery n phone response from Florida to NY as opposed to PA to NY‼️

It's very surprising to me that HSN can deliver promptly, but QVC can't. I can't recall when I last placed in order with QVC, largely because of their inability to deliver in so many cases.

Based on what I see just in my NYC apartment building - the number of packages / deliveries has increased exponentially over the last few months.

From QVC - I ordered one item on 6/7 and one on 6/14. Both are in transit - apparently at the same mail sorting facility in Mahattan.

With the volume of packages - I expect that there will be delays.

ETA: On June 8, a friend in Florida put a package in the mail for me. It's still not here.

I have seen delays from all shippers. On June 9th I placed an Amazon order (not Prime). It is to be delivered today. I am OK with that. I got free shipping and I didn't need the iterms urgently.

I ordered from HSN, Macy's and QVC all on the same day. I have the items from HSN and Macy's. QVC is still "in progress." This has nothing to doing with anything other than QVC's poor management of their shipping systems. They are responsible for getting items to their customers and they fail miserably. I seldom order from here anymore.

There is a major difference between QVC and HSN. Florida has opened up just about everything but the area of Pennsylvania where QVC is has not opened up much. Would you prefer QVC violate the restrictions set forth by their governor and risk their employees health?

@Sheila P-Burg I'm sure that's part of it, but sadly there have been shipping issues well before the virus arrived.

Does QVC have customer service working from home? If not, I’m surprised they do not have that capability. To me, the shipment delays aren’t a big deal but the ongoing inability to reach customer service IS a problem.

You are so right. The shipping issues started last year. I have items that were ordered in April that are still "in progress". What is irritating is that they won't let you cancel these orders that remain in limbo.
