Community Chat

What is the difference between Community Chat, Among Friends, and Q Talk? They are basically the same. Perhaps they should be combined. Beauty, Fashion, Handbags, and Shoes could be combined. Kitchen and Recipes could be.

@MamaWick  They are not the same. Community Chat is topics of general interest, world events and things that can't be classified elsewhere.  Among Friends often involves personal situations and touchy-feely topics, conversations between friends.  Q Talk concerns topics having to do with problems and situations going on at QVC, gossip and news.

The mods have said there will be no changes to the forum topics.

I also view all forum topics but sort from first to last so I can understand the topic being discussed from the beginning.   I have learned a lot from various topics that I would have missed if I had limited myself.

@Kachina624. While Q Talk indeed seems to be about topics dealing with Q, I don't agree that Among Friends is about personal and touchy-feely, etc topics only since the Princess of Wales surgery is being discussed, a question about Medicare deductible is being discussed, "among" other topics (see what I did there 😂?). Even though the mods say nothing will change, there are many topics that could be combined. JMHO.

I always go to "All Forum Topics". I refresh the page since I like to read the latest posts unless there is a thread that I am following. 

I rarely look at a category unless I'm interested in a specific thread.  I'm always surprised at those who gravitate to only certain categories.

However, I'm on my MacBook Air most of the time and it's a regular laptop.  I've noticed that it's set up differently on my tablet.

@MamaWick .. Everything you said is true, folks post topics on various forums.  That's why I use "view all forums".  You see the latest on all topics.

I View All Forums and skip over posts when seeing thier category that tend to have a lot of memes like Pet Lovers ( i love animals but im not intrrested in pet memes).

I will jump into the Recipe and Kitchen listings to see if ive missed anything.

Im gone at work 9 hours+ a day so I cant always hit all the View All pages daily.
