Kate must be paying for the shows.  I wouldn't waste one second watching her antics.

I pass. The recent shows seem to be all about Kate with very little about the eight. Frankly, Kate is one of the least interesting people with whom I'm familiar.

TLC made a mint showcasing Kate's worst moments. I think they are now trying to capitalize on showing her rehabilitation. Everything is through the TLC lens. Whatever sells.

I think they showed this because it was all about Kate's life throughout her 30's.  This is leading up to a new season of Kate +8 where they all go to Mexico for her 40th b-day.

The Mexico show was hilarious. I do enjoy the digs at Jon for being an epic failure as a human being. Apparently he won't take the kids to buy their mother a birthday or Christmas gift.

I seriously doubt Kate takes her kids shopping for Jon's gifts.   I'd bet she doesn't even want the kids to talk about him.

I don' blame him if he doesn't get involved in gift buying for her.   She treated him terribly and emasculated him.

She has plenty of people who can take the kids shopping -  nannies, friends, her "bodyguard", etc.

TLC is the saddest story on television. I remember when TLC stood for The Learning Channel and the programming was informative as well as entertaining. Now it's just garbage "reality" shows about crazy people they never seem to screen for criminal behavior. They've had to cancel two shows to due child molestation issues and have removed a third from the schedule. TLC went from The Learning Channel to the Touching Little Children channel. They need to clean themselves up and start over.

You have GOT to be kidding me.... her 15 minutes of fame are long since over.  Watching her interaction with her two oldest (twins) on one show was enough for me.  I get the strongest sense that she generally does not ~like~ her children and does not want to be around them ... how sad is that?
