Does anyone already have this mat?  If so, do you recommend it?

I have it by my back door where my doggies come in. Doesn't move, easy to vacuum over. Great product.

I was wondering if I should get the runner for my bathroom. I have had the floor grout break up from the water damage and was thinking this would prevent more damage since it doesn't let water through. Anyone thoughts on that use?

Yes I bought a set in burgundy from the Q maybe a year ago.  I put one in front of the back door to wipe my feet, and the other under the cat box so he can wipe his feet!  They are soft yet very thick and durable.

I just took a closer look at mine, and the presentation and realized it was the same rug! I was looking for something better when I watched the preview. My only beef is it is hard to shake out, brush off grass, or vacuum. My vacuum sucks it in, even if I adjust the height (Bissell pet hair vacuum) so I have a very rough time keeping it clean. It leaves everything in the washer, just wish I could get grass bits out of it better.

Yes, it does, I just can't keep the rug from looking like I haven't cleaned it in months.

I bought one in the brown awhile ago....I don't like it at all.  I am using it by the side door...it is so thin....no padding feeling on your feet...vaccum does like to suck it up...have to lower suction alot.  Too much cost and hassel to ship/return it....I don't recommend it....local stores have good rugs available I don't know what I was thinking when I order it!

I think it would be worth buying. I understand that the vacuum would suck it up because it's thin but it has to be thin if you want it in front of any of your entry doors so that the doors clear the rug. I would be buying these except I finally got an entry rug for my front hall that my door would clear after looking for months! I wish I'd have known these were coming up. I love Don's products.
