When I turned 50 they had a party for me and this guy I worked with. We both turned 50 same week. I was so surprised and I have never forgotten that.

I feel like it was just yesterday but here I am going to turn 65 in December.   WHAT can't be.  I can retire soon if I want.  My friend from work has passed from cancer.  I miss celebrating with him but a good memory for me.  So glad we had that party.

Happy, happy birthday you young thing. In my head I'm still 40, then I look in the mirror at my 72 year old face & wonder who's looking back at me. I have been told I don't look my age. It's how you feel, enjoy life & have a fabulous birthday.🎂🎈

I hope you get to do something fun. I am still in my 40's, but I hope to celebrate 50 in style. I was pregnant on my 40th birthday, so I had no alcohol and went to bed early. I am hoping to make up for that lame event once I turn 50!

I turned 61 a few days ago.  Every time I pass a mirror I stop and ask myself:

How the h_ll did this happen?

Chin up.  Fifty is still young.  I graduated from nursing school at 53, then got my BSN two years later.
