As others have said...wish I was just 50 again! ...my mom (and others) would still be here...we'd be having a celebration at our favorite restaurant..Grateful I had it though.

Chin up. Fifty is still young. I graduated from nursing school at 53, then got my BSN two years later.

@Anonymous032819 I hope that this is the first of many happy and healthy birthdays as you enter into a new decade. I am older but my mind feels like I am in my 30's. My advice is to do what you enjoy, but watch your knees!

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!
