hopefully you discuss this with the social team via email and they wont even make you return the item. you will receive a full credit for it. i am guessing that the returns warehouse did not even open up that bag at all when it was initially returned.

and quit they never even acknowledge you. Used to have good service, but, I think now they just hit delete.

I heard back from QVC and getting a full refund and do not have to take them back to the Post Office!   Already out in the trash!

The OP said she ordered them last week. That was quick shipping. So many people complain that items are in process for about a week. That was quick.

The girl I talked to this morning told me the system was down regarding returns so asked me to call tomorrow which I had planned on doing but now it's taken care of!
