@KatieB @Bri63  There was also an earlier post with someone sharing their recent home decorating, and in the photo was a large rooster.  So that new post, very soon thereafter, with a negative statement about decorating with roosters, was not lost on the Mods, or many other posters.  It was clear baiting.

@Caaareful Shopper  I saw that particular post and I still fail to see what was baiting about it.  The lady found the rooster at some sale I believe and placed in on her kitchen counter.  What on earth was baiting about that?

@KatieB We may be talking about two different posts.  The one you just referenced -- that lady who found the rooster and decorated her kitchen counter with it -- was not the one deleted for baiting.  The one deleted for baiting was a different post started up soon after that had quite a negative spin on why anyone would decorate with roosters.

That's not the question for me, I've been here long enough to know that any topic can go south with very little effort.  I'm more amazed that people just don't think before they post. Or they do think and just like conflict.

The original post, albeit negative in tone, was not removed for the

reason of ‘baiting’. Several responding posts were very inappropriate.
