I refuse to drink sweet tea, as it is loaded with sugar.

Check out just how many grams of sugar is in sweet tea.

Way, way, way to much sugar.

Sweet tea?  Do you mean Southern style?

I love ice tea but just with a little fresh lemon, no sugar.

I have always heard Southern Style called sweet tea.

I am trying to cut back on sugar.

I have one or two sodas a month, maybe one glass of orange juice a month, one ice cream treat a week.

I do like summer fruit, and will eat those whole, because you get some fiber when you do.

I don't drink fruit juice, again, because of the sugar.

I only asked because I didn't know if that's what you meant.  I don't think I've ever tasted sweet tea, just read about it.

I don't drink fruit juice, either.  No sodas, either.  It's not something I aimed for, I guess I just never liked sweet drinks.

Yeah, that is what they call it here. I only hear people who aren't from the south call it southern style tea! lol! When you order tea down here you have to make sure they know you want it unsweetened otherwise they automatically give you sweet tea.

I have a huge sweet tooth.

When I was a child, I use to eat sugar cubes right out of the box, like they were candy.

When I was in my twenties and thirties, I would eat frosting right out of the can.

I still love candy, though, even though I try to have one candy bar a week.

So for someone with a huge sweet tooth, to cut back as much as I have, I think is a good thing.

Are these your pics @feline groovy? This looks similar to the Irish China I have with the shamrocks all over it! It is my favorite!

Nope, @Irshgrl31201; I got them from the Interwebz. Smiley Wink

Your  china must be lovely and always uplifting to look at!

Green is my favorite color, plus I'm a nature lover who enjoys shamrocks and clovers.  Woman Happy

@ROMARY

Check out  Celestial Seasoning's caffeine-free "Pomegrante Rooibos" tea, a.k.a."Moroccan Pomegrante ".

It's made with red rooibos leaves from Africa, and it's dee-lish!

Current favorite:

I'm just finishing a mug of Paris from Harney & Sons.  I have an unopened box on my kitchen counter with two more pounds inside.

This complex tea is the blend of three teas, the leaves are black and natural flavors are added to create this spectacular tea.
The liquor is medium to dark brown.
This tea smells like an Earl Grey with black currant and vanilla aromas and a hint of caramel.
Caffeinated
This tea has a medium body.
Similar to the aroma, this tea smells sweet like caramel and has a fruity flavor of black currants. You can also taste a hint of vanilla.
