Hi sunshine -   I feel the same way.

Hopefully, they can find a quicker way for us to access recent activity info.    That would be a terrific tweak for us.

You can do it with one click by saving your search in your browser bookmarks. I can access the forums and see my past posts by clicking the icon I saved to the top of my Chrome bookmarks bar. I can't think of a way that would be faster than that.

Re: So we've had this new board for about a week now,

Well, while I've adapted I still think version is less intuitive and less feature-rich than the previous one. For me, this is not positive development; if you like it, more power to you.

For me the ability to post a photo via a URL is a major loss in this iteration. Having to drag everything to my desktop and upload it using the site's image loader is a pain--especially for QVC product shots.

@Thanks @chynna blue......i want it to appear on the pages of the forum (as it was before), not somewhere off the forum. i dont bookmark anything from here.

@chickenbuttthe reason i use it is so that i can go back and read/respond to threads i have responded on.....i dont always remember exactly what threads i made a comment on and like to go back to see if anyone has responded to me or to the thread in general.

I rarely post pictures so I hadn't realized there was a problem with that feature too.Smiley Sad

[ Edited ]

I think it might be specific to Mac. I'm unable on my laptop, desktop or phone to cut and paste or drag and drop images.

Others have reported this same problem, so it's not me being a idiotic Luddite! Smiley Wink

Also, while I'm on a roll, the new emoties are awful; in fact sort of scary.

They're ugly, but a lot of people have been really happy to have the cat emoticons, even ugly cat emoticons. I just uploaded some I found online. software it will let you choose from images you've previously uploaded so that you only have to upload a single image once and can reuse it.

Have you tried copying an image URL from another site and then using the Image from another site option? It won't work on a tablet or phone,  but it should work from a desktop or a laptop, so long as the image hosting site allows for the right-click option.

Click on the Insert/edit image button.

ImageFromAnotherSite.JPG

Select the From another site option.

Copy the image URL from the host site. (I use Chrome and it's a right click -> Copy image URL command.)

Paste the image URL into the Image field.

Click the LOAD IMAGE button.

ImageFromAnotherSite2.JPG

You should see a preview of the image show up after you click the LOAD IMAGE button.

ImageFromAnotherSite3.JPG

Click the INSERT IMAGE button to add the image to your post.
