I haven’t watched QVC for more than ten minutes at a stretch in over a year. After ten minutes, the babble about nothing gets to me and I have to change the channel. I remember when hosts spent time describing items, providing dimensions/measurements, etc. Now they act like they’re on a talk show, prattling on without selling the specific features of the product. If I feel the occasional need to peruse products on the Q, I check products online. That totally defeats the idea of live TV being used to market and sell merchandise but I can’t stand the shrill yammering of most of the hosts anymore.

Last time I purchased items, mostly clothing, on QVC, I sent all back. The clothing products are not of the same quality as when I purchased clothing in the past. I also purchased a humidifier last year and after found out that I needed another piece that would alleviate mist from the hard water I have in my house There was a white mist all over the bedroom where the humidifier was situated. I cannot afford nor can I carry gallons of water from the drug store to solve this problem. Nor do I want to purchase another piece for the humidifier from QVC. This problem may have been mentioned during presentations, but I did not see it. I believe some products are not truthfully presented.

I could be wrong, but it seems that the Q is just selling time to vendors. It is just one big infomercial now.
The all day programming dedicated to one product is fine with me. I know I can just leave the tv off.

Well, thanks for your words of wisdom! Maybe some people just don't like the programming and want to voice an opinion.
@Phantom41 I wonder if she ever gets tired of doing nothing but make snarky and condescending replies to posters. This isn't the first post about Q's programming and it's not going to be the last, so just ignore it. People still like to watch and hope it will get better.

That saw presentation was sooooo shocking. One slip - and u could lose ur limbs.
A few times a day, I turn on the Q and immediately change channels. I needed 3 gifts for men and purchased sets from L'occitane dot com. Body cream, hand and foot cream, and soap in a beautiful gold box. Great prices and they give free products depending on the amount spent. The free gifts are for me!!!!!

QVC (and other shopping channels) isn’t entertainment; it is hardcore sale presentations 24/7. Find something else to do and discover life!
C’mon...you can do better!

The famous Q Christmas game Flash Pad is morphed into the Flash Cube. How many years will we see this?

I agree with the OP & the many other posters who have said the programming has been awful. Yes, I do turn the channel but sometimes I would just like to watch QVC as a break from everything else.
