Where can I find the thread commemorating her. This is sad. We can become close to some posters.  I for one have. In fact, for over 20 years I have had a friend from this board. We go through the highs and lows of life together. We have never met in person, but we are very close.  ECBG  is a long time poster, a very kind one at that.  I am not able to read what happened exactly, but thanks for letting us know

Re: Simple Remembrances of ECBG

@KittySoftPaws and @sligo - She WAS a beautiful person, inside and out. She was a kind person who willingly shared her life, with its ups and downs with the rest of us.

We will lean on each other for comfort. Our circle is like no other. As time goes by we will remember her and Andrea and others here we have lost, and we will smile and talk about the times they posted.

Re: Simple Remembrances of ECBG

This is really, truly heartbreaking to read that ECBG has passed.  I was praying that she would get better and I can't believe that she's gone.  I was so worried about her when she wrote her latest thread about her leg pain and trouble moving.  RIP ECBG- she was a gifted artist, a woman who loved fashion and color theory and she put great outfits together on Outfit of the Day.  ECBG helped me determine that I'm a "Spring" color season on the QVC forum, and I will think of her fondly and think of her when I look at my Spring color swatch cards when I shop.  God bless ECBG. Heart I know I've never met her, but this brings tears to my eyes.

General thoughts:

When our work here on earth is done, we will be called home.  No one knows when that moment will arrive.  It takes many of us by surprise.

Live as though tomorrow may not come.  Be present.  Remember the past.  Be prepared for the future.

To do list for myself:  Identify someone close to let my posting friends know that I have gone home.

We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.

@shoekitty Several months ago Cathy fell down some stairs and developed a blood clot in her leg.  The fall also effected her mobility.  In the past month things got much worse.  She wasn't able to walk and she had trouble breathing.  She was encouraged to go to the ER but seemed to think that she wasn't breathing well b/c she wasn't moving.  About 10 days ago she posted that she was in the hospital with low salts.

It was nice of QVC to post 5his on the funeral home website.
