For me, the bag issue isn't that big a deal.  Yes, it's annoying, but there were bags available.  And weekends are busy, so I would let that go and chalk it up to being a minor inconvenience. 


The cashier situation, however, is different.  Absolutely I would have gone directly to the CS counter and asked for a manager.  I would not have left the store without speaking to someone and adamantly registering a complaint.  The error is forgiveable because mistakes happen.  But her attitude and what she said to you are completely unacceptable.  Management needs to know.
