I think a lot of the West Coast shoppers are the most laid back about the latest issues with shipping. We expect this from QVC! Not that we prefer it....

I have been a long time customer with QVC. I live in  Ontario, California. You would think QVC would use their Ontario warehouse to send orders. Most times it comes from Illinois & takes forever to get to me.. Its ALL the warehouses for QVC that need to get their act together.
