@tucsongal   One of the last times they had free shipping they did this to a duster I had been keeping an eye on. They raised the price by $6.00.  And for anyone not knowing, they’re being deceived into thinking they’re getting a bargain.

I had been watching this duster for weeks, maybe even close to a month, trying to decide how much I wanted it. The very day it was free shipping it went up $6.00. That more than covered their “free” shipping.

@Teddie It's a shame you had bad luck with the product you wanted with timing of the pricing. I'm sure there are many other products that also went up in price on the same day as the FREE S&H became available...as I explained in my previous post. 

I'm sure my day will come that I will go to my wishlist and see that a product I want went up in price while waiting for a FREE S&H period...like something going from a 'featured price' to the 'QVC price'

I love a free shipping day!  I have some sheet sets in my cart. Some are priced at the price of decent pillow cases, and have an extra set of cases as well.    When I ran thru my wishlist many items were already sold out.  But there is always clearance and as is -  which often beats free shipping.

@avid shopper It's a double bonus if you find something you have been wanting and it's on clearance or in 'as is'...and then are able to get it during a FREE S&H period
