that is snow falls here. i fiured that salt lake city should have 42 snowfalls this winter and we have had 4 so far. i just hope that they are all light and not big ones. i hatae winter with a passion.

with dec, jan, feb and march that is about 10 per month. that is not too bad.

@shortbreadlover ~ I lived in Park City for 18 yrs., like every place else, some winters were (are) worse than others. Love Utah!

park city has changed so much. as hasutah. theyare not the wonderful place that they were afew years back

Our Old Indian Formula says that we will get 9 snowfalls. So far we have had 3 dustings & after snowing since late this morning we might have another dusting. We are in S. WI. Last year the prediction was 38 & we only got about 20 & no blizzards. I love snow, but not a foot at a time.

This time of year I start counting the days until the winter solstice...when the daylight hours begin getting longer again...Friday Dec 21st.

I loathe winter.

I really start to feel better around mid-late February when the Spring bird migration begins & I start sowing seeds in our basement for our gardens.

I also can't wait until December 21st is here. Just one more minute of daylight makes me feel better. I enjoy winter except for it getting dark at 4:30.
