I so understand.  I started school once with the flu and once with no sleep the night before.  Running on adrenaline both times!  You can do it!

Depending on how bad you're feeling, you might want to have it checked and get a scrip for an antibiotic for whatever you may have to knock it out.  I remember

my mom using a couple of drops of warmed camphor oil in the ear along with using a warm heating pad helped a lot.  For a sore throat I find warm salt water gargle helps a lot, as well as tea with honey and lemon.  Fresh grated ginger into tea helps lots as well.  For me, ibuprofen lessens the discomfort as well.  Hopefully, it's just the start of school and your not missing too much.  Feel better soon🌻
