@nwbabs     This bought me back to the 1980s. The word PARADIGM  was used to describe patterns or models. Over and over again people talked about paradigms. I even had to attend a staff development workshop on paradigms. I don't think that I ever truly understood the importance of the word paradigm.  Like you I don't hear this much anymore. And for that I am thankful.

"Alright" mostly from Pat.  Theyt have to have filler words to move from on product to another.  That's the most awkward time in sales presentation.
