Whenever i see a purse sitting in a cart open for anyone to grab i usually tell the owner they might want to grab it before someone else does, once in fl. my son and I were in a store i left my purse in cart with him to watch and he noticed a woman watching it too and closely creeping over to get it but he stopped her, he was just a kid too, i stopped doing that too.
