People are receiving shoes in bags instead of the boxes, my Northern Nights mattress I ordered as a TSV on 9/5 hasn't shipped and I was told the company closed due to COVID from a live chat operator, I received some cuddle duds that smelled of perfume and looked worn and received 2 different size shoes.  Why are they shipping used items - they should at least be quarantined if it was a return.  Do they not have enough supervision?  I don't know, too many errors lately and this used stuff being received especially during this pandemic has me rethinking ordering.

@Talcat  I would be pretty annoyed too.  When I receive a package, especially clothing and handbags, if the packaging isn't pristine it goes right back unopened since I know it's been repackaged.  I know many do and are pleased but I don't buy "as is" either. Personal preference.

I would not order until these places are able to get their act together. I don’t blame COVID for incompetence.
