Not really a resolution but after spending the holidays with my oldest son, DIL and grandson, I am returning to my low carb lifestyle to control my type 2 diabetes. On top of being fully vaccinated, that's probably the best way to protect myself and my husband.

Not very exciting but that's it for me.

I don't make resolutions.  IMO, they set you up for self loathing when you slip up.  A mistake isn't failure. Failure is never having tried in the first place.

Call them resolutions, goals whatever. Any action you decide to take needs to be realistic, broken down into smaller steps if necessary. With allowances made for a restart if circumstances don't allow continued progress for a period of time.

Try to be the best "me" I can be. Try to help others when I can. Try to be there for those I know who need me in any way. Try to remember how I was brought up, saying "please," "thank you," and "you're welcome," all with a smile- in my eyes if I am wearing a mask!  Smiley Happy

My goal for 2022 will be to organize my yarn stash and the contents of my 20+ ring bnders (some with recipes and the rest with knitting and crochet patterns).

Each project will require several days to complete - and real mess while organizing.

(I've been "resoluting" these for years!)

Hey it's that time of year. Let the Resolutions begin.
Mine are mostly a continuation of what I've already started:

Less time on social media, depressing internet "news"stories etc.

More time on reading and jigsaw puzzles. I just began a puzzle two days ago. I'm new to this hobby.

Daily Bible study; currently doing a twelve week program

Continue to lose weight. Six pounds gone. Looking to shed twenty. Counting calories with the Lose It! app

Spend more time outdoors walking. I live in a beautiful climate, such a shame to waste it.

How about you?

I got so sick of seeing Andromida on the hokey Medicare commercials. Ugh! Now everything is about weight loss. I mute it!

Nope.  None for me.
