Those relentless Medicare commercials have been replaced by relentless commercials for diet plans and fitness equipment 😄

Hey it's that time of year. Let the Resolutions begin.
Mine are mostly a continuation of what I've already started:

Less time on social media, depressing internet "news"stories etc.

More time on reading and jigsaw puzzles. I just began a puzzle two days ago. I'm new to this hobby.

Daily Bible study; currently doing a twelve week program

Continue to lose weight. Six pounds gone. Looking to shed twenty. Counting calories with the Lose It! app

Spend more time outdoors walking. I live in a beautiful climate, such a shame to waste it.

How about you?

I resolve to wear a mask in public enclosures and crowded situations.

I don't do resolutions.

This year, I have two wishes.

A clean CTScan for my husband and a healthy grandson who will be making his appearance some time in May.

No resolutions this year,  I never keep them.  It is fun to think of the changes I want to make but not this year.  The only thing I will try and do is to improve my sleep. I don’t sleep well at all and I think it is the cause of some of my issues

Good luck to all of you.

I call it a continued commitment vs a resolution, but basically the same idea.

Continue to find 30 minutes a day, at least 5x a week, for meditation.

Continue to safely train to run at least one marathon before I turn 65 this summer.

Continue to buy fewer "whim" purchases. (IE don't buy junk I just give away or throw away). Smiley Happy

Continue my art lessons.

Continue to show gratitude for small and large things I have been blessed with in my life. (Remember to verbally show gratitude to family and friends).

The past may be a prologue to our present but the script can be re-written.

I have the choice to change what I can change today.

Everything has a purpose; what we do with it does not need a resolution.

I don't make resolutions. They just frustrate me when I fail to keep them.

I have many of the same goals as past years, but I do have a new one for this year.  My DH and I got WAY too comfortable staying home during Covid...reading, napping, online trivia, etc.

I "resolve" to go someplace new or fun at least twice a month.  There are museums, galleries, music venues, zoos, restaurants, and more within a 20 mile radius of our home that we haven't had time for in years.  We are getting OUT this year!
