From my experiences, I do think that stores where I live are much more well-stocked than a few weeks ago, although since I'm not in need of paper products, I can't speak about their availability.

I was so happy to find a couple bottles of bleach last week at my "civilized" Kroger.  And a big package of Viva paper towels.  

 

Felt like I'd won the lottery.  

 

Bleach water and paper towels and I can conquer the world.

It's somewhat easier to get tp and paper towels here but generally speaking you do better if you go early in the morning and it's still limited to 1 or 2.  As for wipes, sprays and hand sanitizer --- nary a one -- any place!
