They could solve that by locking threads that are, say, more than 2 months old-- not getting rid of them- just lock them.

I think that's a better issue to deal with than long-standing threads...

Exactly! And Biancardi had a good idea about closing threads with no activity for a certain period of time, which would solve that problem.

I never even know when they have a survey. If they wanted everyone's input, post it on every forum.

I didn't see the survey. I am not here enough to have seen it. Maybe they could have emailed us if they were really interested in getting feedback.

No, we were going back and forth on that door. We wound up getting new doors with glass. I'm very happy with the new doors. They're white and can be painted eventually.

I'm glad you found doors you like, they sound pretty! I'm torn about replacing our front door because it's original to the house and has the original sidelight.
