UNICEF, DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS, are a couple I reccomend. you need to specify on your check exactly where you would like it to go. I donated to BStong a couple weeks ago. But UNICEF is great for handling those poor, sweet children....so many too.

I can only hope that all these millions and millions of dolllars and ggods donated do not fall in the hands of those bombing and killing women , children and the elderly .

On NPR radio today they were talking about the civilians that were killed while just standing in a bread line to get food! Putin is targeting civilians which is horrific in itself. I wonder if those closest to him in the government wonder if he's lost his mind and needs to be ... uh .... done away with.

The Fund established by Mila and Ashton has met and now exceeded its $30 million goal.

Funds have already been disbursed to provide housing and resources for refugees, including the couple's $3 million match.

Thus far, there have been over 65,000 donors, most contributing small amounts.

That's really great news ... and I am really gratified that so many people all over the world are doing what they can to support the people of Ukraine. Boy, they really need our support until this horrible fiasco is over.

Another thing ... so many people are so quick to bash celebrities for their opinions and involvement in public affairs, but when done properly, they are able to "shine a light" on things that need the world's attention. Good for Ashton & Mila!
