Re: QVC website acting weird

I wouldn't have given Mom's DOB. I haven't given it to Q before so they'd never know if it was correct or wrong.

I would have closed my browser, cleared cookies, cache, history and then tried to log back in.

Re: QVC website acting weird

I've never given that information to QVC either.

This appears to me to be a very well crafted phishing scam, trying to collect more poster data since they already have an email.

I don't believe that this is an issue with QVC.  They have other problems however.

@Carmie

I was never asked for my mother's information by QVC when I set up my account either.

Be sure to change your password and if you have a credit card on file with your account I would delete it.

When I initially set up my QVC acct. 26+ years ago, I was never asked for the year of my mother's birth?

The only time I have ever had to give answers to secret questions was when setting up accounts on financial sites.  Bank, credit card, etc.

I don't think I've ever been asked to do it on shopping sites.

Re: QVC website acting weird

That happened to me as well. Took over a week to go back to normal
