Hi doobs - I'm glad to see you posting.  I hope you are feeling better - I know you had that fall a few months ago. 

I wanted to address the board wars issue - it doesn't always come down to that.  Some rumbles have gone on here since I joined back in 2007.  Off shoot boards - I only remember one back then and didn't know all the players.  Wish I didn't know now.

Another board was linked here years ago by a disgruntled and banned member of said board; that's how many of us found that one.  In fact, somebody here used my nic on it.  That board has since been revamped and yes, I am a member there upstairs.  No big secret.

There have been 3 other boards that I am aware of - and some on this very thread participated and did the very thing they are accusing others of doing - that is the very essence of much of this grumbling.  To read how "innocent" one is and crying about "mean" posts when they themselves participated on other private boards is causing much of this strife.

One particular person was actually banned from two of those boards, so why she is here trying to curry favor now and call others "pathetic" would make me laugh if I was so inclined to do so.

I defend where defending is needed;  I don't follow a crowd much to some perceptions that I do.  One person on this thread has dismissed our friendship; but I still defend her elsewhere even though it's not popular.

You see - there it is - if you are my friend and you trash me - I will still not retaliate; I won't share emails or pm's, I will never disclose anything said to me in confidence.

I will respect when we WERE friends.  If somebody cannot step up and admit a mistake, that's on them.

I've seen some really lousy things said about me, too.  Big deal.  I'm a big girl and have other things to worry about in RL.  All this crying about how awful the rest of the world is - seriously?  Get over it already.

I'm thinking of posting on another board.  It's a soap opera board ... not one that generated from here ... I don't think!  Can I get permission from everyone here to do that?  I really want to comment on that board, but I don't want y'all to feel insulted if I do.  I promise not to mention any names ... just the nuts on the show ... or maybe the posters on THAT board.  Is that okay with everyone?

NO! Not a soap opera board. 

they're too dramatic and they make a big deal out of everything.  People are always lying, dying, coming back to life, having affairs - it's too scandalous.

You have no issues with lying about me and claiming I was a poster here years ago claiming to have a brain tumor. You are sickingly wrong and I just want you to know that you are probably one of the meanest people I have ever met on the internet. You have absolutely no proof and took a few things out of context to accuse me of that. You seem to have had a pathological issue with my posts over the years and Yes, you have driven me away from posting here.
