I'm in mid Michigan and as of 5-2-17 the channels changed for

 

Qvc is now on 137

HSN is now on 155

Evine is now on 121

 

I actually got a call about a month ago from HSN that the channel was changing

for charter customers, so I was already on the lookout for it.
