So someone please enlighten me. If they found cancer in Kate, or anyone, they could surgically remove it all (that they see), and then the person gets chemo treatments to kill any cancer cells they may have missed. Is that correct?

Just today my cousin was told all the cancer was removed with the uterus and she will not need any treatment. She will have follow ups every 3 months

I thought she looked beautiful, but thinner.  I generally don't have an opinion regarding weight because we are all different, but I thought she was painfully thin before surgery.

What's that drink that people can drink that have trouble eating ? I can't remember.  'Ensure', something like that. Wonder if they have that in England.

@Puppy Lips  Yes, that is sometimes the case. I know many people (including myself) who had surgery for various types of cancer. Some were told that, while the doctors were fairly confident that all was removed, chemo and/or radiation was recommended as a "precaution". I and some others were told that no further treatment was needed, but I had CT scans every few months for a couple of years, followed by yearly scans for a few more...just to keep an eye on things.
