That's all ridiculous gossip and not true. Harry looks like Charles.
It is not gossip, Harry is a product of his moms Diana affair with a rugby player. Because of the scandel the queen decided to keep the affair as quiet as possible. Charles adopted him [Harry] quietly and the rugby player was asked to leave England which he did. I have seen pictures of the rugby player and he is a redhead and Harry favors him. This affair was during the time Diana found out about the affair between Camella and Charles. This was never a happy marriage so this is not a surprise.
Why don't you provide a link for your claim, so that we can all read it??

@Cakers3 wrote:@stevieb Archie's skin tone would never have been mentioned had Meghan been white and not bi-racial.
Again, nobody mentions the skin tone of the other royal children as babies.
@Cakers3 And as I said, for me, had observations of his skin tone been accompanied by a value judgment, (which didn't seem to be the case), that would be unfortunate, but bi-racial mother or not, merely commenting that he has fair skin isn't a cause celebre, until those choosing to jump on it make it one...
I can only add that my maternal grandmother was half American Indian and half Caucasian. There is tremendous variation in the coloring of her children and their children, grandchildren and so on. We have often spoken of how interesting it is that some of us are fair with light eyes and some of us are darker with brown eyes and I can assure you that we are not demeaning each other in the process...
I was speaking with a Black friend about this and her comment was that it looks like the baby 'got his daddy's coloring'... Should we lambaste her for expressing her observation because Harry is Caucasian...?
As for me, this ends the subject. There's no reason to persist until this thread about a baby gets shut down by continued debate or ongoing posturing over whether or not commenting on his skin tone is 'appropriate'... He's a cute baby, who looks to have brown eyes, fair skin and reddish hair... All of which are of course subject to change as he gets older...

@stevieb Now these were the pics that caused so much comment in the U.K. a while back. Quite a few Brits still go with this theory but as you say ancient history.

@dulwich I recall... and there really is a pretty glaring resemblance in this and other photos... Unlike some, I fail to see any huge resemblance to Prince Charles, but yes, ancient history...

Ancient history ... but I’ll fan the flames a bit.

Just chiming in here regarding Harry. I don't think he looks like his father at all. There is a small resemblence to Philip, but there is a huge resemblence to the Spencer side of the family. I don't now, or ever have believed that he wasn't Charles' son. Diana had always said she was happiest in her marriage when she was pregnant with Harry.
It's all ancient history anyway, but I think things all went to the point of no return a while after Harry's birth.

Nope, no one's fanning the flames. Nothing said has exactly been breaking news, nor, one feels sure, do any of the royals concern themselves with these boards...

Archie looks a whole lot like his dad, I think it's mostly the eyes.

My interest in this family has cooled considerably these days due to their boorish behavior and some of the comments they've made.
Give me Wills and Kate and their crew anytime!

I agree. The more I am learning the more I find odd. Such promise but going beyond the surface is illuminating.
