As far as Andrew goes, just because he was taught to speak proper English does not mean he Is a genius. Add to that a sense of entitlement, and the freedom of NOT becoming king, and VOILÀ a playboy is created...not just any playboy, but one who associated with Epstein. The parties, the private planes, the young girls...Andrew was hooked. He was a moron. What did he think would happen in that dreadful interview? What a perverted fool.
I think Prince Charles has followed in his footsteps. And - the Royals love their alcohol.
@kivah- Whose footsteps do you think Prince Charles is following in? It's not clear.
And LOL - where did the information about the Royals and alcohol come from? Do you know anyone who's intimate friends with them? A lot of people "love their alcohol", non-royals included.

Venezia. You are absolutely right. Edward VII, Victoria's oldest son was the grandfather, not the father...and HE WAS the womanizer. I couldn't edit my mistake, so here is my correction.

There are birthday wishes up on Instagram from his ex, and the royal family today. Replies seem to be heavily moderated and negative posts are removed immediately. He is referred to as The Duke of York; no HRH. Did he lose that when he left public duties (like H&M, but without the disgrace)?

I read they want to make a " prisoner exchange" so Andrew would remain unscathed and for those who question it...they can say he cooperated with police so he gets no prosecution at all.

All I could find were several media outlets reporting the omission but never was an announcement that it was taken away when he stepped down from his duties.

@Pearlee Not surprised he is her ‘baby’ and she will continue to be there for him hoping her seeing to back him will undo all his bad actions and make people forget.
My opinion he is a total loser only interested in money, money, money always chasing after the richest lifestyle freeloading, not caring who he associated with. Has he learnt his lesson - I doubt it very much as ‘Mummy’ is and always will be, there for him. Maybe a different story when the Queen decreases as Charles not so infatuated with his brother.

@beckyb1012 I hadn't realized it was reported, I just happened to notice it on Instagram this morning. I guess if you're not a working royal, you can't use the HRH.
It's a little weird it was "announced" when H & M made their departure, but it just sort of slid by under the radar with A. I've always found him a bit creepy (and I have absolutely nothing to base this on.)

Good. Anything she does to put him in the spotlight - - whether it be messages about him on social media or sending him to deliver a message at a Chinese New Year event - - makes her come across as insensitive and out of touch.

@wildcat fan I know a lot of Brits have the same feelings as you but there is that special relationship often talked about between Mother & son and I think this is what’s happening here. I do not know as I only had girls who keep me in line!
