Another day  at 90 degrees at noon

before noon!!

Too hot to be walking,etc . so staying home in cooler air!

Its been 8days not earing out...last time was June 18th  with my  2 friends the married couple.

My friend(sisters neighbor) isn't feeling her best  after having another  biopsy,so last  i was out for lunch with her   and paincake was June13th!

Friend is having another appt. to day with her oncoligst this afternoon!🙏

Walked out to put a card in my mailbox for my friend  and it is yukky out ...soo humid out!

Today  will be another day staying in my house!

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you  and reply to you about what vitamins,etc  you take each day.

This is what i started from your list:

AM

probatic  CFU  but a lower dose

PM

ceylon cinnamon

+  i want to try eye support  but need to check first what is used in it.

Other vitamins .etc on pm list.

i have tried  most all of them in past but my bodys tells me noway!

I have to always check  for  allergy free..like 

No

soy,dairy products,alchol,eggs,and many other ingredients...sigh.

update on my friend:

classified as 3-4 stage cancers    and   no iformation from new gyn cancer specialist  for her next surgery yet

Was advised by one of her doctors to stay  home.

Hope she gets some good news soon.....

Does he mean not to go out in public overmuch because her immune system has been weakened?  I guess that means no more lunches for you for a while.  Is there any way you could go to her house to visit her?

good news - bad news

couch is scheduled to be delivered at 330-430 pm - wished it was earlier in the day

threw out my bed that was in the living room that i used to watch TV

mattress and box spring was in.a bedbug proof matress cover

got a notice on my door - improper disposal of mattress/boxspring

needless to say - $50.00 ticket

i will fight it - but will most likely lose

the website - said sealed in plastic to avoid bedbug spread

yes - the workers dont know it is a bed bug proof cover

then it should say - must be wrapped in plastic - no mattress covers accepted period

the hearing is end of sept - last year - i got a ticket for putting boxes in boxes

i'm so PO then.... good news

got a phone call - furniture wil be dlevered earlier due to cancellations - ETA noon

3 guys came - 1 brought up the chaise lounge

2 brought up the other sectional - it snapped together like lego

and they were done in 10 minutes

i tipped and offered them each a fruit ice pop - mango and pineapple

those outshine bars are really good

she is purdy and i lubs her - zoe has been staying away - scary noise and peeps
