Yeah, that is a bucket full all right.  That is why when I got COVID last winter I was in disbelief, only leaving my house for back PT.  Hubby was careful, but had a mild case of COVID, which he must have given to me.

COVID once with antibiotic, not gone.  Second round with antibiotic.  Then bronchitis, which was another winner.

Of course at 80 glad I was not hospitalized or gone from the planet.

With the exception of the first, I deliberately did not give you doses, as they are small and you might Not need them.  I like Lessman vitamins and buy on sale.  Otherwise, drug store.

I get a Prolia shot twice a year which keeps my bones stable,  not perfect.

Not looking forward to this fall and winter, as some report a new strain of COVID.  My doc advises shots, saying you can get it, but it should not kill you.

I do not drink, smoke, or eat red meat.  My huge downfall is lack of exercise.  My bad!!!  No excuses for me.  I try not to eat junk food but, well, sometimes it calls to me.  If I could eat anything, pizza is my all time favorite food!  once in a while, I have some.  I watch my salt intake, which keeps my blood pressure ok.  Despite my efforts, I have had much dental work.  I inherited my Dad's teeth, regretfully.

There you have it.  Everything you did not want to know!

Lubs ya!

@PamfromCT : Totally agree and understand.

Informed this morning that my mammogram was good and answered🙏 since 3 years having one done.

My bone scan results: osteoporosis and -3.1due to my tummy problems and Gerd will be referred to endocrinologist for help and treatment. Last bone test in 2016 and only 1 prolia shot: office incorrectly filed insurance and I was turned over to collection agency and soap opera. Stressed to take the high dose vitamin d3 and use Imodium for tummy issues. They are still working on evaluation process for the wheelchair. I now refer to my medical issues as : My Medical Adventures because= I am determined to stay positive.

Enjoy your weekend and stay cool.🤗🤗🤗❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

@Yahooey @cowboy sam @geezerette @PamfromCT  and all of Preds special friends. Currently 80🙄. Ordered groceries for me. I will be eating salad plates this week. I have been craving Macaroni salad and will try a Hawaiian Macaroni Salad recipe. Plus recipe for a healthy high protein Tuna salad. I have purchased two different healthy snack crackers to eat with salad instead of making sandwiches. Praying for energy to make everything. Groceries to be delivered at 11. I have purchased high protein  cereal to eat and changing to whole milk for the vitamin D. Small necessary changes. DH has doctor appointment Wednesday and thankfully nothing else scheduled.

Victory report: swelling in feet gone. I can wear my Crocs and can put them on with no assistance, plus cooler than the heavy tennis shoes.

Everyone stay safe and cool and have a Blessed week.🤗🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏Love y'all.❤❤❤❤

@Yahooey

Howdy stranger! 🤠

Glad to see you're still alive and doing well in your garden.👍

It seems to be hot everywhere right now.  It sure is here.  Heat indices well over 105* every day.  It had a "feels like" temperature of 110* in my town the other day.  Yuck.

Stay cool, everyone! 😎

@Yahooey : So excited to see your post. Beautiful carrots . Me love carrots. I like the one with legs.🤓🤓

My Mom made a orange Jello salad with grated carrots and crushed pineapple. I love that and will put ingredients on next grocery list.

Totally understand about the hot weather and staying inside. My current weather is 95.

How is Zoe doing??

Stay cool and hydrate. 🤗🤗❤❤🙏🙏

@geezerette : Hope you are doing good. I am so tired of hearing about the heat index. I know what the temperature is and what it feels like.

We were outside this morning at 9 a.m. getting in the car for DH doctor appointment and it felt like 2 p.m. and that was what everyone was talking about in the waiting room. Doctor said they have lowered the central air to 70. Plus considering putting a water cooler in the waiting room to help keep everyone hydrated. They have one inside the area near the lab.

Stay cool.🍦🍦🍦

@SouthernBee

I know.  It's just hot everywhere.

I always wear a sweater to my doctor's office no matter what time of year it is because they always keep it so cold in there.  I know that the office people and medical assistants are running around so they need it cool, but when you're just sitting there waiting (and waiting!) it's freezing.

I get out as early as possible this time of year.  And then just keep praying my home a/c keeps working well!

Take care and stay cool! 😎

@geezerette : Totally agree and understand. I forgot to take a sweater. I had on a 3\4 sleeve blouse and long knit skirt. The waiting room is cold. The room where we see the doctor isn't. I need a tote bag to put my sweater and travel pillow for my lower back in DH car. Trying to find a tote bag on line isn't fun with bad eyes. This time of year always prefer morning appointments.

Stay safe and cool.❤
